Boating Requirements & Florida Law

Safety is our top priority. Please review these rules before booking:

Age: The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.

Florida Boater Law: If the driver was born on or after January 1, 1988, Florida law requires a valid Boating Safety Education ID Card.

Don’t have one? No problem! You can easily take a quick, temporary online test before you arrive. Click here for to take your boaters test online

Deposit: A hold will be placed on your credit card on the day of the rental for incidental damages.
